GovTechON consists of the cluster and enterprise IT areas of the Ontario provincial government and is committed to creating a modern, tech-enabled government that ensures Ontarians have a simple, reliable, and consistent experience powered by user-centric technology choices.

GovTechON is responsible for developing plans that focus on evolving IT capabilities to transform public service delivery, providing user-centred, digital solutions and creating positive outcomes for Ontario.

In June 2020, GovTechON recognized the need to address the systemic barriers which Black and racialized employees in the OPS have historically faced. This is a complex and difficult issue and the intent is to ensure that the approach taken has explored all viable solutions.
Scope of Work
The Ministry seeks information from the marketplace that may help with the implementation of Addressing Anti-Black Racism in GovTechON Action Plan.

This allows the Ministry to explore the current market to better scope and determine the viability of procuring a qualified external expert to assist with:
Review of the Addressing Anti-Black Racism Initiative (AABRI) in GovTechON Action Plan as well as supporting the implementation and monitoring of the AABRI approach and key components.
