Summary
The objective is to obtain facilitation services from a Contractor for the delivery of the virtual training:
Facilitating in a Virtual Environment.
The course intent is to enhance facilitation skills for trainers to support the virtual delivery of operational training within ESDC.
1.2.1 Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) seeks to establish a contract under the Learning Services Supply Arrangement, under the following Stream:
Stream # 5 – Training Delivery – Senior Training Facilitator
Canada wishes to establish a contract as defined in Annex A, Statement of Work. The Contract will be in effect from the date of contract award for a period of 1 year and will include two (2) additional irrevocable optional periods allowing Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) to extend the Contract.
No security requirements apply to this bid solicitation.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force.
The Learning Services Supply Arrangement E60ZH-2000LS is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation. The capitalized terms not defined in this bid solicitation have the meaning given to them in the Learning Services SA.
SA Holders that are invited to compete as a joint venture must submit a bid as that joint venture SA Holder, forming no other joint venture to bid. Any joint venture must be already qualified under the SA # E60ZH-2000LS as that joint venture at the time of bid closing in order to submit a bid
