Description

The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from pre-qualified general contractors to complete the specified Work, as further detailed herein. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.

Following Request for Qualification #147-07/20, only the following pre-qualified General Contractors will be invited to tender this project:

1. Alfred Horie Construction Co. Ltd.
2. Double V Construction Ltd.
3. Heatherbrae Builders Co. Ltd.
4. Turn-Key Construction Inc.
5. Willow Springs Construction (B.C.) Ltd.

An OPTIONAL site visit for this Tender will be held on July 28, 2021 commencing at 10:00 A.M. Tenderers are requested to meet in front of the Burnaby RCMP Detachment located at 6355 Deer Lake Avenue, Burnaby, BC and should wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and non-medical masks for the duration of the site visit. Tenderers not following the PPE requirement will not be allowed to participate in the optional site visit. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the City requires that visitors fill out Attachment N - COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit and email to Purchasing. Furthermore, all optional site visit attendees must complete a Police Information Check before the site visit
