Description

The City of Delta is seeking an experienced professional mechanical consulting firm to undertake comprehensive condition assessments of existing mechanical systems within 68 city owned facilities. The information gathered will be used to establish a baseline knowledge point for ongoing asset management purposes and to assist Delta in prioritizing future year's capital replacement programming.
