Description

The AUC seeks to modernize its information technology service delivery model and technology endpoint environment to enable a new hybrid workforce and bring operational efficiency to its information technology group. The AUC desires to change its approach to support employees who split their time between working at the AUC office and at their home office.

The AUC is not looking for a provider to fully manage the environment or leverage proprietary on-premises tools; however, extensive experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD), InTune, Windows Defender, Microsoft Cloud Application Security (MCAS), System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), M365 E5 and cloud-based application deployments in enterprise environments is a must.

The AUC is not seeking a firm contractual commitment or legally binding offer from any proponent. Proponents and the AUC shall not be contractually obligated to each other in any manner.

Response submissions to this RFI are a pre-qualifier for any future modern workspace RFP, should the AUC decide to proceed.
