Description

The City of Cold Lake requires an integrated, comprehensive and cost-effective software system that is expandable to its needs and includes all modules relating to functionality as listed below. Any new system considered must provide solutions for the following applications at a minimum:
General Ledger
Budget
Report Creation (specify details regarding fixed vs. customized reporting features)
Bank Reconciliation (with bank integration)
Accounts Payable with EFT and cheques
Accounts Receivable (with Paradigm. Teeway & Perfectmind integration optional*)
Cash Receipts
Payroll with EFT
Human Resources (optional *)
Employee Portal
Tax and Assessment (integration with Geographic Information System program)
Fixed Assets
Asset Management (optional *)
Inventory
Work Orders
Project Costing
Utilities
