Description

Scope of Work: The District of Saanich is seeking construction services from a General Contractor for construction of the new biomass heating plant and mechanical systems upgrades for the existing Saanich Commonwealth Place Recreation Centre.
Provide all labour, materials and products as specified in the drawings and specifications to accommodate the work. The work includes, but is not limited to:

· Bio-mass boiler plant addition with fuel feed system
· DDC control system replacement
· AHU upgrades
· AHU replacements
· Swimming pool pumps and heat exchanger replacements
· Swimming Pool filtration upgrades
· Associated demolition
· Rippler Pressure System Installation.
· Update existing District of Saanich Equipment Inventory database with all new equipment and components.
