Description

The intent of this RFP is to secure one or more Proponent(s) to provide the following services across one or more regions in the Province of Alberta, including:
Sprinkler system inspections, testing and maintenance.
Fire alarm system maintenance; and
Portable fire extinguisher/exit and emergency lighting inspection, testing and maintenance.
Ad hoc requests as required.

The intent of this RFP is to secure one or more Proponent(s) to provide inspections, testing, and maintenance for: sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, portable fire extinguishers, exit and emergency lighting at rural and urban branches and corporate spaces across Alberta. ATB Financial facilities locations have been broken down into multiple regions in Appendix 7. Proponents may respond to the requirements in 1 or more of these regions.

The successful Proponent will also be responsible for recertification and the supply of new fire extinguishers.
