Description

The LHLS Board and leadership team is looking to engage the expertise of a consultant for the development of a Business Case to determine the following:
1. Feasibility of renovating / retrofitting the current 11 Maitland Street facility.
2. Feasibility of purchasing property and building a new facility to serve the customers of LHLS
3. Feasibility of leasing an existing facility, and retrofitting said facility to house a new laundry facility to serve the needs of the customers of LHLS.
The successful consultant will be provided an existing building conditions report and a Phase 1 ESA report, and a current situation analysis.
