Description

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply, delivery, off-loading and installation of pallet racking & shelving systems and other warehousing products for the Connaught Range Primary Training Centre, Nepean, Ontario.

The equipment must meet the requirements detailed in the Statement of Requirement (SOR) attached as an annex to the solicitation document.

There is an optional site visit associated with this requirement. Consult Part 2 - Bidder Instructions.

All the deliverables must be received and installed within 90 days following contract award.

There will be no set-aside for aboriginal businesses. This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

Security Requirements: This contract includes a security requirement.

It is DND’s intention to award a single contract for this requirement.

Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.

The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the lowest-cost compliant proposal.

DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.

Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Canada retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
