Description

RFP for provision of digital media services to promote tourism to Ontario, Canada in China for Destination Ontario.
Scope of Work
Destination Ontario wishes to acquire the services of a company to deliver the following core deliverables:
• Provide a web strategy to manage and operate Destination Ontario’s web presence in China www.ontariotravel.cn
• Provide a social media strategy and develop and execute a social media plan across all of Destination Ontario’s social channels in China
• Provide timely market intelligence and strategic recommendations
If opportunities arise, the company may be required to provide the following optional deliverables:
• Develop and manage ad hoc digital projects
• Develop and implement a search engine marketing plan.
• One-time Website redevelopment and redesign
Objectives:
• Grow visitor volume and expenditures from China
• Build a strong Ontario brand to inspire travel
• Provide content that Chinese visitors want and need
This will be a two-year contract with a possible one-year extension targeted to begin November 28, 2021 and end November 27, 2023.
