Description

The Province on behalf of Children’s Services wishes to engage the services of a consultant to review and make recommendations to improve staff and operations scheduling, enhance alignment of scheduling to the collective agreement, and establish greater scheduling consistency across Children’s Services Child Intervention continuous operations work-sites (the project). This project will provide recommendations that promote data driven scheduling and workplace planning that promotes,
 Flexibility – The ability to have responsive shift coverage, predict scheduling needs and meet staffing requirements and,
 Efficiency – The ability to create optimal staffing schedules in a timely manner with minimal maintenance.
