Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a Mechanical Consulting Firm to act as Prime Consultant, who will provide design and construction (contract administration) services. The selected proponent will perform Mechanical Engineering, and retain and coordinate other required disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, and Professional Quantity Surveyors.

Victoria General Hospital (VGH) is located at 1 Hospital Way in View Royal, BC. VGH air handling units (AHUs) are at end-of-life and require renewal. The scope includes renewal of airside and control components and elimination of glycol heat exchangers and heating coils on the waterside.
