Description

The City of Burnaby invites Proposals from qualified Proponents for the supply and implementation of a new IT Service Management Solution in order to initiate and manage service requests and reported incidents from City staff, as well as hardware/software asset management and project/portfolio management. The solution will replace the current service management tool used at the City.
