Description

The Town has recognized necessary infrastructure improvements to water, parks and recreation, and building assets. The Meridian Heights Reservoir/ 43 Avenue site contains one of the Town's two water reservoirs, tennis/pickleball courts, and a retaining wall. The Town of Stony Plain is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide civil engineering investigation and design services. The 43rd Avenue Infrastructure Improvement project consists of:
• Tennis/pickleball courts
o Review of current conditions
o Rehabilitation investigation
• Retaining wall
o Detailed design
o Contract administration
o Construction management
• Meridian Reservoir Investigation
o Investigate existing watermain location/sizing and valves
