Description

This project involves delivering Workforce Development Services in a personalized and individualized manner to Albertans with barriers in the following communities: Red Deer, Crowsnest Pass, Pincher Creek, Lethbridge, Taber, Medicine Hat, and Brooks.

The intent of Workforce Development Services is to help individuals:
• Develop skills to address and overcome identified barriers,
• Obtain and maintain employment;
• Develop skills needed for effective labour market attachment, and
• Connect with employers needing to fill jobs.
