NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19
The parties acknowledge that the obligations of each party from time to time to meet certain terms and conditions of this Contract may be impeded by the COVID-19 pandemic and related issues. The parties agree to act in good faith by making all reasonable accommodations as the circumstances of the pandemic may require and each party will exercise reasonable efforts to comply with this Contract notwithstanding the effect of the pandemic. No party will require or encourage any person acting on
its behalf to violate the terms of any public health directive or to perform any act which would place such person at a material risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus. Moreover, the parties acknowledge that NB Power is a Crown Corporation and, as such, may be subject to specific public health or other workplace related directives from the Province of New Brunswick (the "Province") that NB Power and, by extension, its contractors, are obligated to comply with. In such circumstances, the parties
will take all necessary
steps to comply with any such specific public health or other workplace related directives from the Province that apply to NB Power specifically or to an employer class to which NB Power belongs.
Tender bids and addendums shall be submitted to NB Power via email to AllTenders@nbpower.com. Email bidding details are attached in the 'Attachments Exist' folder for this tender. No paper will be accepted.
There will be no public tender openings.
The successful tenderer will be required to subscribe to the Contractor Information Management System (www.isnetworld.com). For more information please see the requirements set out in the Safety/Safety Regulations of this tender.

Les parties reconnaissent que parfois les obligations de chaque partie, pour satisfaire à certaines conditions du présent contrat, peuvent être entravées par la pandémie COVID-19 et les questions connexes. Les parties conviennent d'agir de bonne foi en prenant toutes les mesures d'adaptation raisonnables que les circonstances de la pandémie peuvent exiger et chaque partie fera des efforts raisonnables pour se conformer au présent contrat nonobstant l'effet de la pandémie. Aucune partie
n'exigera ou n'encouragera une personne agissant en son nom à violer les termes d'une directive de santé publique ou à accomplir un acte qui exposerait cette personne au risque matériel de contracter le virus de la COVID-19. De plus, les parties reconnaissent qu'Énergie NB est une société de la Couronne et qu'à ce titre, elle peut être soumise à des directives précises de la province du Nouveau-Brunswick (la « province ») en matière de santé publique ou d'autres directives liées au milieu de
travail auxquelles Énergie NB et
, par extension, ses entrepreneurs, sont tenus de se conformer. Le cas échéant, les parties prendront toutes les mesures nécessaires pour se conformer aux directives précises de la province en matière de santé publique ou aux autres directives liées au milieu de travail qui s'appliquent à Énergie NB ou à une catégorie d'employeurs à laquelle appartient Énergie NB.
Les soumissions et les addenda doivent être soumis à Énergie NB par courriel à AllTenders@nbpower.com. Les détails de soumission des appels d'offres par courriel sont joints dans le dossier «pièces jointes existantes» pour cet appel d'offres. Aucune soumission par copie papier ne sera acceptée.
Il n'y aura aucune ouverture publique d'appel d'offres.
