This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W6448-22C005/B dated 2021-07-12 with a closing of 2021-07-27 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

DND has a requirement for the supply of material to build a tunnel system for development of tunnel clearance Training, Techniques, and Practices.

Specifically, DND requires the following components:

- 1 Box Culvert

This RFP requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the RFP entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFP entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
