• January 27, 2022 @ 8:30 am - Virtual Tour (link in documents)
If you wish to be in-person, masks and proof of full vaccination is required (no exceptions).

It is expected that cleaning, throughout the facility will range from “Basic” (Classrooms & Offices) to “Prestige” (Most areas) and “Clinical” (Washrooms, Medical & Science Labs).

Definition of Clean – “No Visible Soil“.

Criteria for Tender Process

Although annual cost to provide this service is a criteria, Portage College is not obligated to take the lowest bid.

Bids received will be analyzed on the following criteria:

• Professional Qualifications, background, experience
• Performance references for similar facilities, if possible.
• Certificate of Insurance and WCB clearance.
• Qualification used to screen and hire personnel.
• Methods of training and supervision.
• Inspection process.
• Safety Practices.
• Cost of Contract.
