Description

1) This RFQ is open to all interested Suppliers.
2) The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires a supplier capable of providing metal repairs on various mediums, including Aluminum, Stainless and mild steel on City owned vehicles, equipment and accessories on an as required basis. When required, The City will approach the Supplier with project specification in order to obtain quotes for each project as well as materials when requested.
3) This process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4) It is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The City intends to enter into up to one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a term of one (1) year. The Agreements may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years. The Agreement will not include a PoC.
