The Halifax – Dartmouth Bridge Commission (doing business as Halifax Harbour Bridges or “HHB”) is requesting for proposals from qualified proponents who will be the Engineer of Record (EOR)/Owner’s Engineer to provide the MacKay Bridge main cable dehumidification preliminary design, drawings, specifications and engineering services for the Design-Build tendering/procurement process, main cable internal inspections and Construction Phase Engineering Supports and Services
