The scope of this project is the renovation of the Family Medecine Unit at the Lameque Hospital.
A mandatory site visit is schedule for April 26th, 2022 at 10:00 am. This will be the unique opportunity to examine the existing conditions with representatives from Vitalite Health Network and other consultants which will be on site to respond any questions arising from the site visit and/or contract documents.
Sealed envelopes indicating:"Rénovation de l'unité de médecine familiale, Hôpital de Lamèque, Lamèque, N.-B., Projet no.19-45", will be received at CLAD Inc., located at 467 Main St., suite 2, Bathurst, N.-B., until 2PM (local time)on May 19th, 2022. Name of bidder along with contract identification needs to be indicated on the envelope.
Each bid to include a bid bond of 10% of total bid price, payable to :"Réseau de Santé Vitalité". Upon contract award, successful bidder will need to provide a performance bond and a labor and material bond. Each to be of 50% of the contract value.
The latest version of the "Crown Construction Act (82-109) along with his amendments will apply to this contract.
Contractors need to register to the bidders list by contacting CLADinc office at the number below. Hard copies of specs and drawings are available to contractors upon non-reimbursement payment of $200.00. They can be obtained from CLADinc office located at 467 Main st., suite 2, Bathurst, NB (506-545-6334). Any questions during the tendering period to be submitted by e-mail to: info@CLADinc.ca
