The purpose of this LOI is to find a source of qualified providers who are able and willing to bid on a need by the Agency to obtain American Sign Language (ASL) and Langue des signes québécoise (LSQ) simultaneous interpretation services (English/French) / Communication Access Realtime Translation (English/French) (CART).
