Description

The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidder teams to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the delivery of the following Project: Fire Station 8 Blatchford using the Integrated Project Delivery method.

The City intends to enter into the Validation Phase Contract with the successful bidder team. The Validation Phase Contract covers the services required during the Validation Phase only. If the City grants approval for the successful bidder team to advance to perform subsequent phases (Detailed Design Phase, Design Documents Phase, Construction Phase, and Close-Out Phase), the City and the successful bidder team will negotiate and enter into the Integrated Project Delivery Contract.
