Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s Animal Health Directorate (AHD) has a requirement for two biosafety cabinets, including any required supplemental items with delivery and installation, that must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements. Initial deliverables must be received within 6 weeks after contract award. Installation must start within 3 months of delivery and must be completed within 14 calendar days from the installation start date.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
