Description

Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has a requirement for the design and build of a new Canadian Consulate fit-up, located on a single floor of a leased location in Central Milan, Italy.

To fulfill this requirement, DFATD is initiating a procurement with the intention of selecting one (1) firm to become the Design-Build Entity for the new Canadian Consulate fit-up.

The procurement will be carried out in two (2) separate stages, as followed:

Stage 1 –Request for Qualification (RFQ)

Stage 2 – Request for Proposals (RFP)

The objective of the RFQ is to prequalify firms with the necessary knowledge, skills and experience in similar projects for participation in the subsequent RFP.
