2060 - Northern Lights College - Paving - NOI

Notice is hereby given by Northern Lights College of its intent to contract with Peters Bros. Construction Ltd. for the provision of the following:
              
Peter Bros. Construction Ltd. will perform the following scope of work on the Northern Light Dawson Creek Campus, but not limited to:
-Saw Cut and Remove Existing Asphalt
-Excavate and Remove 375mm of Existing Base Materials
- Supply and Install Cloth and Grid
-Supply and Install 75MM of Hot Mix Asphalt
-Based on 502m2
 
This project will not exceed $80,000
 
The College has chosen not to call for proposals at this time for the following reasons:
-Time constraints for project to be completed
-Availability of supplies
 
For consideration any party that wishes to address this procurement action must submit in writing the following information:

• Firm Name and contact Information;

• Relevant specific information regarding the firm’s ability to address the specified procurement;

• Ability to offer competitive products and services that will be advantageous to NLC

And

• This response need not be more than two (2) pages in length;

• Brochures, marketing information and other non-essential materials should NOT be included.

Information package must be in writing (in English) and delivered by email to Catherine Vreeling and received at or before the end of day of the 10th day of notice.
