TITLE: 5-Axis Milling Machine

REQUIREMENT: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of The Department of Defence (DND), Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape Scott (FMF CS) has a requirement for the supply of one (1) 5 Axis Milling Machine. FMF CS will require delivery, installation, commissioning, and training.

BASIS OF SELECTION: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

DELIVERY DATE: All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2023

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Bidders must submit prices in Canadian dollars. Bids submitted in foreign currency will be rejected.
