Description of Work :

The Information Technology Service has the objective to deliver excellence in client service and to consistently improve its customer service and work environment by ensuring that day-to-day operations are delivered efficiently and effectively to all National Research Council employees. As some of the current resources may be affected to special projects, professional services may be required to assist during these projects in various positions. The additional resources may or will be assigned specifically to NRC projects during the period.

**These services are currently being provided by Excel ITR. Current contract value of $3,448,884.57 with applicable taxes.**
