Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking a qualified multi-disciplinary consulting firm to provide engineering and architectural consulting services to complete the design, construction administration and post-construction services for a new Twin Arena at Glenmore Athletic Park.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Timeline:
Phase 2 Schematic Design - Preliminary Design Complete 15 Jan 2023
Phase 3 Construction Documentation - Detailed Design Complete 20 March 2023
Phase 4 Construction Administration Services – Bid Documents 11 Mar 2024
Phase 5 Post Construction Services - Construction Complete 01 Dec 2025
