Line 1, RISO - Drug and Alcohol Testing

GSIN # G009D, G009H Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Marine Atlantic Inc., has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of non- Department of Transport (DOT) drug and alcohol testing laboratory-based services and supply of required laboratory specimen collection materials.

Supplier will be required to provide a list of equipment and supplies to be utilized for specimen collection.

The Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is for a period of two (2) years from date of award, with two extension periods available. The first extension period is for a period of two (2) years; while the second extension period is one (1) year

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
