This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified bidders to complete roofing repairs at Victoria General Hospital, located at #1 Hospital Way, View Royal, BC, V8Z 6R5(“the Project.”)
