Description

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) the "Client" and is intended to award one (1) contract under the Task Based Professional Services (TSPS) Business Consulting / Change Management Stream and the Senior Business Analyst category.

The period of any resulting contract will be from Contract Award for a period of twenty-four (24) months. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to one (1) additional twelve (12) month period under the same conditions.

The Senior Business Analyst will undertake work related to the implementation of selected Fixed Asset Review recommendations. Examples include supporting the development of a vision and solutions and participating in the overall design of complex business initiatives such as the development of a real property portfolio strategy, risk assessment, portfolio rationalization and the reinforcement of information management.

Under this new solicitation, evaluations will be conducted with fairness in accordance with the evaluation criteria and selection methodology defined in the RFP.
