Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of engineering services (design through construction) to rehabilitate the CPR Pedestrian Bridge in downtown Red Deer (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables
