Description

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the following project: Chilliwack General Hospital (CGH) is interested in converting its former indoor, patient therapy pool facility on the 1st floor of Parkholm Place, into a staff Gymnasium.
At a minimum, the renovation will include a light demo, fill-in of former pool, new flooring throughout, expanded pre-existing water closet to include a Shower, new lighting, change area, lockers, and enhanced HVAC.
Parkholm Place is located on the CGH campus of care and is connected to the C Wing of CGH by a breezeway. Completion date is April 15, 2023.

A site visit of the proposed work will take place as follows:

This site visit is not mandatory but attendance is highly recommended for key personnel from each Bidder so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed. Bidders who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the site visit and to have received any and all of the oral and written information given at such visit.
