Description

Ontario Health is seeking expressions of interest from clinicians with established expertise in reproductive genetics for the position of Clinical Lead, Genetics Expert Group – Reproductive Genetics.

As part of the Ministry of Health’s initiative to modernize the health care system, Ontario Health is embarking on the development of a Provincial Genetics Program (PGP) to ensure the provision of comprehensive, coordinated, evidence based genetic services for Ontarians. This is a unique opportunity to provide leadership to the evolution of the Ontario health system as we work to drive quality, accountability and innovation. This program will provide oversight/administration for comprehensive genetic services for the people of Ontario, including genetic testing for rare and inherited disease, hereditary cancer, tumour biomarkers and clinical genetic services. This opportunity is open to all qualified candidates.
