Clear Hills County is requesting sealed tenders for a tandem axle trailer for the equipment rental program.

Specifications Required:
Tandem Axle Deck Trailer:
1. 16’ long deck
2. Minimum 7000 lb axles
3. 7 pin trailer lights connector
4. Integral heavy duty dolly style jack
5. Fully lighted for highway use
6. Delivered to Clear Hills County Yard Worsley, AB, on or before May 1, 2023.
Include the following information in the sealed quote:
1. Warranty specifications (minimum 6 months on parts & labor)
2. Any special payment requirements.

Available for Trade: Used 2008 Rainbow 16’ tandem axle trailer. Serial No. 2R9CE162381625145.

TENDER Closes: March 13, 2023 @ 4:00 p.m. MST

Return Tenders in a sealed envelope, clearly marked, TENDER 2023-02, Tandem Axle Trailer-Rental Equipment Program

Delivery must be prearranged. To be delivered to the Clear Hills County office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

Clear Hills County does not recommend using courier services, as service to the County Office is very limited and there is no guarantee the tender will arrive on time.
Faxed or emailed tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders will be opened at 9:35 a.m. on March 14, 2023, at a regular council meeting in the Clear Hills County Council Chambers.
