ROOFING, SIDING AND SHEET METAL INSTALLATION SERVICES
Sealed bids will be received by Woodstock First Nation until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, March 2, 2023 in the Bid Deposit Box located at the office of Sherri Paul Bartlett, Band Hall Complex Building at 3 Wulastook Ct., Woodstock First Nation, NB, E7M 4K6 for the Project No. 7691-3, Roof Replacement - Phase 3, Community Wellness Centre, Woodstock, NB.
In general, the work consists of the removal and disposal off site of the existing steep slope roofing system to wood sheathing on the approximately 360 sq. meters roof and replacing with a new steep slope asphalt shingle roof system complete with waterproofing membranes, synthetic underlayment, new built-up wood grid, new roof plywood sheathing, engineered wood siding gable ends and accessories.
Bid documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) HST included, per bid set in the form of a CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CASH payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, Woodstock First Nation Band Hall and at the Construction Association Offices of
Moncton, Fredericton, and Saint-John.
Only Bidders who have obtained the Bid Documents directly from Boissonnault McGraw shall be eligible to submit a bid for this project.
Bids must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Certified Cheque in the amount of ten per cent (10%) (H.S.T. included). Certified Cheque shall be made payable to Woodstock First Nation.
Contractors are encouraged to attend a pre-tender meeting that will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, February 23, 2023 at the Woodstock First Nation Band Hall Complex. This will be the only opportunity for review of existing site conditions with the Owner and the Consultant.
