161431 - RFP For Unified Communications Project – Phase 2

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract ( Appendix A) with the Royal Roads University (“Royal Roads”) to provide Internet Protocol (“IP”) and analog devices, Microsoft Teams Phone Direct Routing as a Service (“Solution”) and support to students, faculty, and staff on the Colwood campus and across the world.
 
The full scope of work and responsibilities is defined in  section 1.3.  It is anticipated that the Contract will commence June 1, 2023. The successful Proponent (“Contractor”) will be expected to provide on an as, if, and when requested basis, the Solution to the Langford campus and additional hardware for new faculty and staff users for a period of five (5) years after the Contract commencement date.
