Description

The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit submissions, in the format detailed in this document, from suppliers who are interested in providing and installing furniture for three, new-build student residence projects for Okanagan College. The three projects are located in Kelowna, Vernon and Salmon Arm, BC. Between the three buildings there are a total of 320 dorm rooms and 378 actual beds – the furniture design and specification is identical for all. Installation of the first building in Kelowna (with 216 beds) is scheduled for December of this year; the other two campuses will be installed in July of 2024.
