Description

The purpose of this RFQ is for the City of Terrace (The City) to obtain submissions from entities qualified to provide Civil Engineering Services to the City. The City intends to invite the highest-ranked Proponent to enter into a Master Services Agreement (MSA). The MSA is intended to be valid for a period of three years during which the City may obtain any or all of the services set out in the Potential Scope of Service
