The City of Leduc William F. Lede Pickleball Courts consists of the following:

Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to the following:
 Site preparation and management, including pedestrian and vehicular traffic control measures and delineation of work zones.
 Removal and disposal of existing organics materials.
 Clay import, fine grading, and preparation of subgrade within the project limits.
 Placement of concrete pads.
 Placement of road structure, including stabilization, gravel base course, and asphalt pavement.
 Placement of topsoil and sod over disturbed areas.
 Coordination of work with shallow utility companies and others (GFL, residents, City, etc.) as necessary.
