This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories:

Road Construction (C7000000); or
Asphalt Road Works (C7000100)

Summary Description of Procurement
The project consists of the supply and installation of curb extensions, sidewalks, curbs, wheeling lanes and asphalt paving along McDougall Road NE in the community of Bridgeland.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

The scheduled operational date is October 31, 2023.
