Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested  by Public Tender in regard to the  Peter Ewart Middle School Seismic Upgrade located at  7755 202A Street, Langley, BC, V2Y 1W4.

The project consists of an internal renovation and seismic upgrade occurring in an occupied teaching environment with upgrades being phased and utilizing eight temporary portable classrooms for swing space. The main focus of the structural upgrade is to connect the foundations to the roof diaphragms for improved performance in a seismic event. Foundations will be added and strengthened, shear walls added, and improvements made to the roof diaphragms. The internal renovation will include the installation of sprinklers, upgraded civil water service, installation of a new accessible and gender-neutral washroom, and construction of a new two (2) hour fire walls.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
