23-086 Delta - North Works Yard Phase 2 Renovations

City of Delta invites bids for the construction of the North Works Yard Phase 2 Renovations, at 8100 Nordel Way, Delta, BC. The work generally consists of renovating three works yard facility maintenance bays into large meeting, break, wellness and kitchen areas.  The planned renovations will be adjacent to recently renovated offices in the works yard facility.

Date and location of Site Visit: 1:30 PM, May 25, 2023 at 8100 Nordel Way, Delta. Meet at the east side of the facility, outside the double door entrance to the central offices. Parking is available on the east and north sides of the building. Bidders are not to check in or wait in the Public Reception area by the west entrance of the building. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory. Interested parties are strongly advised to attend the meeting. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is not required, however, please wear clothes suitable for walking around a large garage type maintenance facility with grated flooring in some areas. Bidders are encouraged to bring their subcontractors, as a second opportunity to view the site is unlikely to be offered.
