2023-22510 - Request for Proposal Marketing and Branding Strategy

The Scope of Services will include the following:
2.2.1. Branding Exercise
• The Town requires a strategic approach to branding. This would be an opportunity to decipher the Town’s unique offers to those who choose to live here. The desired outcome of this exercise is to have a brand strategy, language and a simple way to articulate who we are and what we offer.
• The Town would like to explore our history, our difference, our personality, culture and the potential and opportunities that exist within the Town. This is an opportunity for the Town to work with you closely to allow you to understand our town.
2.2.2. Marketing Plan
• Once the brand is established, the Town would require a marketing plan to guide us in our promotions.
• Work may include:
o Development of key messaging for specific audiences
o Creation of an integrated marketing strategy including budget for implementation
2.2.3. Brand Guide and Visual Identity Package
• The Town requires a brand guide and visual identity package that builds upon our current Brand Style Guide including:
o Rules of the use of the visual identity including sample use;
o Typography
o Templates including but not limited to stationary, newsletter, displays, and signage
