AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on September 15, 2022 (13-09-2022).. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for a clearing, snow removal, and ice removal service for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) parking lots located at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Bagotville, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Section 7.
