Description

This bid solicitation is being issued for the requirement of a consulting services firm that specializes in evaluation to work with the Evaluation Division to plan and execute its evaluation of the Northern Ontario Development Program (NODP). The evaluation will assess the program's relevance, performance, and efficiency while addressing emerging priorities and alignment with broader government goals in economic development, particularly in Northern Ontario. The evaluation will inform strategic planning and ensure the NODP remains effective in supporting economic development in Northern Ontario.
