PWGSC, on behalf of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the removal and replacement of a water tower located in St-Hyacinthe, Quebec, Canada, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Appendix A.
