PWGSC, on behalf of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of a confocal spectral imaging analyzer including DELIVERY, INSTALLATION and TRAINING, located in Montreal (Québec) Canada, as detailed in Annex – Statement of requirement.
